As a tutor with Catapult Learning, you will: Deliver live, synchronous instruction in a virtual classroom using prescribed instructional methods Build strong relationships with students through consistent communication and engagement Provide real-time feedback and support to promote academic progress Monitor and document student progress using online data and record-keeping systems Communicate with parents/guardians and school personnel regarding student performance Attend required virtual trainings, meetings, and coaching sessions Maintain accurate student records and comply with Company policies and procedures Perform other duties as assigned How we’ll be there for you: We foster your well-being—health, financial, and work-life—to help you succeed and thrive.
