  • Type: FMLA Leave | November 9, 2026–February 25, 2027 About the Opportunity AnthroMed Education is partnering with a collaborative middle school in the Wellesley, MA to welcome a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for an FMLA leave opportunity from November 9, 2026 through February 25, 2027. This role provides the opportunity to support approximately 25 students in grades 6–8 while working closely with an interdisciplinary team and dedicated support staff. The incoming BCBA will receive two days of overlap with the outgoing BCBA to review the caseload, meet students, and connect with the school team to support a smooth transition. What You’ll Do Provide consultation and behavioral support for students in grades 6–8 Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Complete behavioral evaluations and observations Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support student success Review behavioral data and use findings to inform interventions and recommendations Partner with teachers and school staff to support student needs Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications

Requirements

Candidates must hold an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field. Experience in conducting behavioral assessments and strong collaborative skills are required for this role.
