At Gold Vine ABA, we believe in being the place “Where Every Family’s Journey Takes Root.” We are a family-owned, BCBA-led organization providing high-quality, compassionate care to children ages 2–14. In an industry currently dominated by private-equity groups stretching clinicians thin, we do things differently. Because we are clinician-led, we measure our success by the clinical outcomes of our students and the career fulfillment of our team—not by volume metrics.

Why Practicing with Gold Vine is Different

90-Day Mentorship

Stepping into an educational environment takes strategy. We provide enhanced administrative support, school-specific workflow training, and team onboarding during your first 90 days so you can build rapport with teachers and staff seamlessly.

What You’ll Do

Monitor student progress through strict data review, graphs, and timely treatment plan updates.

Maintain absolute compliance with BACB guidelines, school district standards, and ethical behavior practices.
