The Vocational Counselor will facilitate psycho-educational groups, attain competence in the Matrix Model for behavioral coaching, and implement or develop vocational goal-setting curricula. Responsibilities also include maintaining unit structure by teaching behavioral expectations and reporting clinically significant behaviors to the Clinical Team.
