Registered Behavior Technician - RBT

Rbts work directly with individuals with autism and other intellectual or developmental disabilities to implement established treatment plans, aiming to reduce challenging behaviors and increase functional skills. Responsibilities include documenting progress, collecting behavior data, and providing training to help clients acquire and maintain necessary skills across various settings.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or ged, although additional educational requirements apply for school-Based settings. No prior experience is necessary as the role includes paid training through the bayada rbt academy to prepare for the rbt certification exam.
