Preschool Teacher

Teachers are responsible for contributing to student learning by demonstrating academic competence, maintaining a growth mindset, and facilitating problem-Solving through data-Driven curriculum implementation. They must also serve as role models, collaborate effectively with stakeholders, and deeply invest in the well-Being and personalized learning goals of their students.

A minimum requirement is a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, with college credits in early childhood education or child development being necessary for this preschool teacher role. Preferred qualifications include a relevant master's or doctoral degree and five or more years of instructional experience in the primary area of instruction.
