High School (9th-12th) Girls Soccer Head Coach

The head coach is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive girls soccer program, planning practices, and instructing athletes in fundamental skills and strategy to achieve individual and team success. This role also involves fostering morals, values, and self-Confidence in athletes while upholding high standards of sportsmanship and adhering to school and uhsaa guidelines.

Candidates should ideally have previous coaching experience at the high school or collegiate level and experience mentoring assistant coaches, along with an understanding of uhsaa rules. Essential qualifications include strong interpersonal and organizational skills, enthusiasm for athlete growth, and the ability to manage time effectively and implement training programs.
