Registered Behavior Technician - In-Home or Clinic RBT

The registered behavior technician will implement individualized aba therapy plans developed by a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba), delivering one-On-One interventions to support skill acquisition and behavior reduction. Responsibilities also include collecting and recording data on client progress and assisting in the development and implementation of behavior intervention plans under supervision.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma and have completed the 40-Hour rbt training course; active rbt certification is preferred or must be obtained within 60 days of hire. Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is beneficial, alongside a passion for clinical aba work.
