Early Childhood Specialist

The early childhood specialist supports assigned centers by ensuring services are developmentally appropriate, individualized, and compliant with standards, while actively forwarding best practices to support student learning and staff professional development. This role involves providing on-Site consultation, coaching staff on effective teaching practices, monitoring curriculum implementation, and managing necessary documentation and data entry.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in early childhood education and/Or special education or a related area, along with three years of experience in inclusive early education settings, with a preference for a special education degree. Essential abilities include strong communication, effective time management, the capacity to build community relationships, and knowledge of early childhood development fundamentals.
