Youth Development Professional (After School) - Elementary

The youth development professional will maintain constant supervision and facilitate engaging, play-Based learning experiences to support early learning, sensory exploration, and social-Emotional growth for tk and kinder students. This role involves adapting developmentally appropriate activities, establishing positive routines, building trust with children, and collaborating with team members to ensure a safe and enriching after-School environment.

This is an entry-Level role requiring no prior experience, though preference is given to candidates with education or coursework in early childhood development or education. Essential requirements include high emotional intelligence, integrity, extreme patience, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and the capacity to connect authentically with young children.
