Youth Development Professional - Elementary

The youth development professional will create a safe, fun, and inclusive after-School environment for elementary youth by leading engaging activities, providing mentorship, and supporting academic and social-Emotional growth. Essential functions include engaging supervision, facilitating age-Appropriate programs, adapting lessons, managing daily operations, and collaborating with the team.

This is an entry-Level role requiring no prior youth work experience, though candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess high emotional intelligence and integrity. Preferred qualifications include experience or coursework in child development or education, and multi-Conversational language skills are highly valued.
