Youth Development Professional - Elementary

The role involves creating a safe, fun, and inclusive after-School environment by engaging youth in activities, facilitating lessons, and providing mentorship to support their academic and social-Emotional development. Essential functions include engaging supervision, leading activities, adapting lessons, managing daily operations, and collaborating with the team.

This is an entry-Level role requiring candidates to be at least 18 years old, possessing high emotional intelligence, integrity, patience, and the ability to connect authentically with diverse youth. Prior experience is not required, though coursework or experience in child development or education is preferred.
