Instructional Coach - Breakthrough (Summer Session 2026)

Instructional coaches provide content-Specific support and mentoring to teaching fellows, dictating the level of academic rigor by leading department meetings, observing classes, and evaluating lesson plans weekly. They are accountable for the quality of instruction students receive by supporting teaching fellows through their first teaching experience.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and an outstanding track record as a professional classroom teacher for at least three years, preferably in grades 7-10. Superior presentation, writing, organizational, and exceptional interpersonal skills are required to deliver constructive feedback and maintain high standards.
