Recreation worker

The recreation specialist is responsible for planning, organizing, and leading recreational activities, sports, and workshops for residents. They must also ensure the safety and welfare of participants while maintaining accurate program records and incident reports.

Candidates should have an associate's degree or equivalent and experience working with diverse populations including at-Risk families. Necessary certifications include cpr training, along with demonstrated skills in crisis intervention and conflict resolution.
