Core responsibilities

The registered behavior technician will work one-On-One with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). Responsibilities include using evidence-Based techniques to teach essential skills and reduce interfering behaviors.

Requirements summary

Candidates must be passionate about helping children with autism, possess patience and compassion, and be able to work well in a team environment. Minimum requirements include being 18+, having a high school diploma or ged, and the ability to pass a background check and meet physical demands, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
