Core responsibilities
Behavior technicians will work one-On-One with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). This involves using evidence-Based techniques to teach essential skills and reduce interfering behaviors.
Requirements summary
Candidates must be passionate about helping children with autism, patient, compassionate, and team-Oriented, requiring a high school diploma or ged and being 18 years or older. Applicants must also be able to meet physical demands, including lifting up to 50 pounds, and must obtain registered behavior technician certification within 45 days of onboarding.
