Spanish Speaking Center-Based Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians will work one-On-One with children implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). This involves using evidence-Based techniques to teach essential skills and reduce interfering behaviors.

Candidates must be passionate about helping children with autism, patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team, requiring a high school diploma or ged and being 18 years or older. Successful candidates must also obtain necessary certifications and pass physical and background checks, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
