The lead infant toddler caregiver implements individualized comprehensive early childhood education services for early head start families, acting as an educator and advocate while coordinating weekly lesson plans focused on child development. Responsibilities also include coordinating health assessments, completing required documentation like individualized family partnership agreements, and implementing special education services for children with special needs.

Candidates must meet specific educational and experience criteria for level 1 or level 2 certification, including being at least 18 years old, possessing a cda (Level 1) or an associate/Bachelor's degree (Level 2) in early childhood education, and having 12 months of experience working with children under 36 months. All applicants must also possess a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and pass required background checks.
