Associate Teacher, 2026-2027

The associate teacher will execute one-To-One, small group, or whole-Group instruction in core subjects in collaboration with the classroom teacher, focusing on scholars needing academic support. Responsibilities also include creating a positive classroom culture, building relationships with families, and engaging in continuous professional development and coaching.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and are required to have one year of teaching experience or related work/Leadership experience. A demonstrated commitment to working with under-Resourced communities and a strong sense of urgency and humility are highly preferred.
