Associate Teacher, 2026-2027

The associate teacher will internalize and execute instruction in core subjects through one-To-One, small group, or whole-Group settings, focusing on scholars needing academic support. Responsibilities also include creating a positive classroom culture, building relationships, engaging in professional development, and maintaining detailed scholar progress records.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and have one year of required teaching experience or related work/Leadership experience. Demonstrated commitment to working with under-Resourced communities is highly preferred, alongside strong communication skills and a growth mindset.
