Primary caregiver - Day Care Center - Full time-Days

The primary caregiver will provide direct care for children ranging in age from six weeks to two years, ensuring programs align with their developmental needs. This role requires incorporating the organization's mission and core values while maintaining knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with mandatory child abuse reporter training within six months of hire. One to two years of previous work experience with children or schooling in early childhood education is highly desirable, and the candidate must earn 6 hours of continuing education in early childhood education annually.
