Clinical Specialist

The lead rbt implements applied behavior analysis programs and services for clients with autism as directed by the bcba. They also assist the clinical team in developing aba activities and maintain collaborative relationships with families, staff, and community partners.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in education, psychology, or a health-Related field and possess a valid registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification. A minimum of one year of clinical experience in treating children with autism and a valid driver's license are required.
