Childcare - Lead Teacher

The lead teacher is responsible for planning and implementing creative learning experiences across various developmental areas including art, music, and sensory play. They must also build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and fellow team members.

Candidates should have experience working in an early childhood classroom and the physical ability to lift fifty pounds. A bachelor's or associate's degree in early childhood or elementary education is preferred, though other degrees with relevant experience may be considered.
