Core responsibilities

This role involves directing agency-Wide initiatives for pressure ulcer prevention, wound care, and ostomy care, including developing evidence-Based policies and providing advanced clinical guidance to staff on complex patient management. The clinician will also develop and conduct educational programs for staff and students in the wound ostomy continence education program.

Requirements summary

Candidates must have a bachelor of science in nursing (Bsn) and a minimum of two years of rn experience, with at least two years in the area of concentration (Woc). A valid, active unencumbered nursing license approved by the georgia licensing board, bls certification, and specialty certification are required.
