Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The board-Certified behavior analyst (Bcba) will implement behavioral support interventions based on individual needs and ongoing assessment, conduct functional behavioral assessments, and develop behavioral support plans for youth in community settings. This role also involves supervising support staff, providing direct supervision according to certification standards, and modifying plans based on systematic data evaluation.

Candidates must possess a master’s level degree and board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) certification, and must obtain rbt credentials if not already held. Essential requirements include the ability to build supportive relationships, exercise good judgment, remain calm during crises, and effectively present information both orally and in writing.
