XCEL Team Coach

The xcel coach is responsible for reporting to the head xcel coach and ensuring performance expectations related to safety, leadership, training, and customer satisfaction are met. Coaches must focus on building athlete confidence and teaching proper gymnastics techniques in a safe and enjoyable setting.

Candidates are required to have at least two years of experience coaching competitive gymnastics along with a gymnastics background and teaching experience. Essential requirements also include advanced knowledge of gymnastics skill progressions, strong class management, and outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
