Summer Day Camp Lifeguard - Camp Chickami

The water safety counselor (Lifeguard) is responsible for maintaining safe and clean swimming conditions, actively surveilling the waterfront area, and proactively preventing injuries. They must enforce pool rules, participate in lifeguard rotations, assist with and teach swim lessons, and respond immediately to all emergency situations.

Applicants must be a minimum of 16 years old and possess current certifications including cpr for the professional rescuer, aed, basic first aid, and american red cross lifeguard (Or equivalent). Candidates need the ability to maintain physical and mental readiness, demonstrate strong lifeguard skills, and commit to supporting the organization's anti-Racist work.
