Summer Day Camp Inclusion & Behavior Specialist - Camp Chickami

The specialist will provide support to campers requiring extra attention and assist leadership and group staff with behavioral management, including pre-Season and in-Season training. This role involves maintaining a safe and nurturing environment while developing resources and communicating needs with leadership, staff, and parents.

Candidates need a background in special education, experience as a para-Professional or behavior specialist, or at least two years of relevant experience working with special needs or special populations, alongside current first aid/Cpr/Aed certifications. Applicants must be at least 21 years old, possess a valid driver's license, and pass mandated background checks.
