SummerWorks Substitute Camp Counselor

Substitute counselors provide essential support to ensure smooth camp operations by supervising and guiding campers' learning and development through planning and leading age-Appropriate activities. As primary caregivers on working days, they focus on creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children aged 4–13.

Candidates must have experience working with children aged 4–13, preferably in a camp setting, and possess the ability to supervise large groups effectively. Essential qualities include a sense of humor, caring personality, positive energy balanced with maturity, strong communication skills, and the ability to remain calm during emergencies.
