Physical Therapy Orthopedic Resident

The physical therapy resident implements treatment plans based on current theory, works towards established goals, and is responsible for documenting treatment plans and billing for services. Responsibilities also include providing direct care to patients with varied diagnoses and supervising rehabilitation technicians, volunteers, and students.

Candidates must be a physical therapist participating in a postgraduate training program expected to be completed within twelve months, involving clinical hours, mentoring, and didactic education. Required minimum education is a doctorate in physical therapy, and current bls certification is mandatory upon hire.
