Specialist, Training I

This role involves providing blended learning solutions using technology to meet business goals, which includes the analysis, design, delivery, evaluation, and maintenance of ongoing training programs for new and existing staff. Key duties include facilitating technical and non-Technical training, managing the training environment for compliance, and designing/Developing materials to meet specific learning outcomes.

Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Two years degree plus 3 years related experience, or five years total related experience) along with at least one year of training or insurance work experience. Required abilities include strong communication, organizational skills, the ability to design various training outputs, understanding adult learning principles, and the capacity to become a subject matter expert in multiple areas.
