Training Specialist II

This role involves leading, planning, and prioritizing training projects from needs assessment through final delivery, ensuring all deliverables meet customer specifications and due dates. Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (4 years job related or associate's plus 2 years), along with three years of job-Related experience, including two years in training and one year in insurance. Required abilities include strong project management, organizational skills, and proficiency in developing training materials using various technologies.
