Job Summary Mary Queen of Peace School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic full‑time Preschool Teacher for the 2026–2027 school year.
The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood education and committed to creating a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children.
The Preschool Teacher is responsible for planning and implementing learning experiences that support children’s spiritual, social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth.

Establish and enforce clear, developmentally appropriate classroom expectations Provide children with engaging tools, materials, and resources for structured activities, exploration, and play Plan and deliver lessons that support early literacy, numeracy, social‑emotional development, and faith formation Adapt teaching strategies and materials to meet diverse learning styles and interests Observe, document, and support each child’s individual development Communicate effectively and regularly with parents and guardians Build and maintain positive, supportive relationships with children and families Work collaboratively with other preschool teachers and aides to ensure consistency and excellence across the program
