We’re Seeking a Rockstar Coding Counselor NORY is looking for talented Coding Counselors to inspire and guide our 8-12-year-olds through exciting coding and hands-on engineering projects while also teaching other engaging activities.

Holiday Coding Counselor Compensation and Benefits
Schedule:
Seasonal, during holidays from 7:30
AM - 4:00 PM.
Coding sessions run from 9:30
AM - 12:00 PM, with additional hours before and after coding sessions to lead camp activities and ensure a seamless day.
Preparation: Arrive a minimum of 15 minutes early for material setup. →

Clean-Up: Time for reviewing lesson plans, occasional training, and post-class clean-up. →
Pro-rated
Adjustments: Payments are prorated for shorter class durations (e.g., a 45-minute class). →
Materials
Handling: Lead teachers are responsible for collecting and returning materials to NORY HQ in Midtown Manhattan, unless specified otherwise. Additional $20/hr for extended care until 5:00 pm.
