The Assistant Teacher will support the class in achieving safety, fun, and adherence to NORY's core values, which include resilience, inquisitiveness, and empathy. Daily tasks involve facilitating STEM projects and fun activities while celebrating camper growth and finding creative solutions to challenges.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience working with children aged 3 to 12 years old, possess a loving, empathetic, and positive attitude, and demonstrate strong classroom management skills. A background in STEM is not required as thorough training is provided.

Qualifications/Requirements 1+ years of experience working with children ages 3-12yo Love children. Empathetic and caring. Ability to turn any boring activities into exciting games Funny storyteller & Positive problem solver Support strong classroom and behavioral management skills Must be punctual and professional You do NOT need to have a background in STEM. We have a thorough training program for those who love learning new things!
