Crisis Intervention Case Manager - MRSS

The crisis intervention case manager provides in-Home and community-Based crisis de-Escalation, intervention, and assessment services to families and children. They coordinate discharge and transition services, ensuring families receive appropriate referrals and support.

Candidates must have a bachelor degree in social work or a related field and a valid driver’s license. Bilingual fluency in english and spanish is preferred, along with one year of experience working with children and families in crisis assessment and intervention.
