Training Specialist EMPACT

The training specialist will design, develop, implement, coordinate, and facilitate company training and development programs adhering to contractual, agency, and industry standards. This includes overseeing training for all staff, developing curriculum, managing the learning management system, and evaluating training effectiveness.

A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with a minimum of 3 years of related training experience, including 2 years in medicaid, and meeting behavioral health technician qualifications. Required abilities include strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal communication skills, along with proficiency in microsoft office.
