Family Support Counselor TRP EMPACT

This role involves providing unconditional service to children and families through case management, coordination of community resources, and facilitating child and family teams. Essential duties include promoting health and safety, providing mentoring and life skills training in home/Community settings, and assisting with crisis stabilization.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and meet the bht level as stipulated by azdhs/Bhs, along with experience working with children with behavioral needs and parents on parenting skills. Applicants must be 21 or older, have a valid az driver's license with a clean record, and be able to work flexible hours including evenings/Weekends.
