Trainee employee assistance program (Teap) specialist

The specialist ensures compliance with the zero-Tolerance policy by providing structured activities, group, and individual counseling to promote a drug-Free lifestyle for youth, including conducting urine collection procedures and following chain of custody protocols. This role also involves developing systems for program integration, conducting teap awareness training, coordinating guest speakers, and maintaining resource libraries.

Mandatory requirements include a bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field, along with a state chemical dependency certification and one year of related experience in the substance abuse field. Candidates must also pass a background check and drug test and possess a valid driver's license.
