Summer Program Instructor

The instructor is responsible for fostering a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for youth, encouraging participation, and guiding members in understanding programs and expectations. This role also involves assisting with program delivery, recognizing achievements, and maintaining attendance records.

Preferred experience includes working with youth through volunteering, school, or work, alongside strong communication and interpersonal skills. Candidates must be able to follow instructions, work independently, and handle occasional physical demands like lifting up to 25 lbs.
