Core responsibilities
As a registered behavior technician, you will work one-On-One with children with autism, implementing aba therapy techniques to help them develop daily living, communication, and social skills across various service locations. Responsibilities include engaging children in structured learning, implementing behavior intervention strategies under supervision, and tracking progress to support each child’s growth.
Requirements summary
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's in a related field is a plus. Preferred experience includes working with children, especially those with developmental disabilities, and strong communication and problem-Solving skills are essential, along with reliable transportation.
