Assistant Teacher No Previous Experience with free child care

Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment while supporting each child’s social and emotional development. The assistant teacher will also establish positive family relations and work collaboratively with the lead teacher and the entire faculty.

Candidates should ideally possess an associate or bachelor of arts in early childhood education or a related field, with a child development associate (Cda) being preferred. Essential qualities include effective communication, empathy, dependability, adaptability, and the ability to handle stressful situations professionally while being able to lift up to 50 lbs.
