Clinic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The registered behavior technician will conduct one-On-One aba therapy sessions for early learners and young adults with autism, implementing individualized treatment and behavioral intervention plans. Responsibilities also include participating in training, meetings, observations, maintaining communication with the bcba, and daily data entry for all targeted programs.

Candidates should ideally have 6 months of aba therapist experience or 1 year working with children with disabilities/Autism, though this is preferred, not required. Essential requirements include a high school degree, excellent communication skills, and possessing a reliable car and driver's license for clinic commuting.
