Health and Wellness Educator

The primary role involves delivering consistent, high-Quality community wellness education programs and screenings, while collaborating with management to identify new opportunities for service expansion. Responsibilities also include maintaining program schedules, tracking participant attendance and outcomes, and actively participating in departmental activities like staff meetings and health fairs.

Candidates must possess an active registered nurse (Rn) license in indiana or a certified medical assistant (Cma) certification to fulfill the educational and screening duties. The role requires adherence to organizational values, laws pertaining to patient health and safety, and the ability to effectively lead groups while maintaining a positive attitude.
