Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Responsibilities include providing direct client care in 1

1 and group settings by implementing prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and reduction protocols outlined in the client's treatment plan. The role also requires collecting and recording data, assisting with parent training, and ensuring timely documentation is completed according to procedures.

Candidates must hold and maintain current registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification from the bacb and must have a minimum of a high school diploma or ged. Applicants must also be willing to undergo a background check, have reliable transportation, be at least 18 years old, and be physically capable of performing job duties like lifting up to 50lbs and moving quickly.
