Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Early Intervention (LSAA)

The role involves providing bcba oversight for a limited caseload, developing and maintaining individualized, assent-Based treatment plans, and supporting/Supervising behavior technicians through coaching and modeling. Additionally, the bcba will engage families via parent training and monitor client progress to adjust programming based on data and team input.

The ideal candidate is a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) passionate about early intervention, seeking a flexible part-Time schedule without evenings or weekends. Responsibilities center on delivering high-Impact aba therapy in a structured, play-Based setting for children aged 2-5.
