Summer Camp Early Childhood Specialist (NYC & NJ)

The early childhood specialist will deliver daily structured programming for pre-K and kindergarten campers (Ages 3–5) across creative movement, art, stem, and gross motor play, while supporting counselors with classroom and behavior management. Responsibilities also include ensuring a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment throughout the camp day.

Candidates must have 2+ years of experience working with 2 to 5 year olds, strong interpersonal and classroom management skills, and knowledge of early childhood development and gross motor skills. Required availability includes mandatory pre-Summer trainings and working the full 7-8 week summer camp schedule, arriving by 7:45 am daily.
