Summer Camp Early Childhood Specialist (NYC & NJ)

The early childhood specialist will report to division leadership and collaborate with staff to deliver daily structured programming for pre-K and kindergarten campers (Ages 3–5) across creative movement, art, stem, and gross motor play. Key duties include leading activities, supporting counselor behavior management, and ensuring a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment.

Candidates must have 2+ years of experience working with 2 to 5 year olds, strong interpersonal and classroom management skills, and knowledge of early childhood development and gross motor skills. Mandatory requirements include passing a background check, being available for mandatory pre-Summer trainings, and meeting physical requirements for active supervision.
