Summer Camp Early Childhood Specialist (NYC & NJ)

The early childhood specialist will deliver daily structured programming for pre-K and kindergarten campers (Ages 3–5) across creative movement, art, stem, and gross motor play. Responsibilities include supporting counselors with classroom management and ensuring a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment throughout the camp day.

Candidates must have over 2 years of experience working with 2 to 5 year olds, strong interpersonal and classroom management skills, and knowledge of gross motor skills for younger age groups. Requirements include passing a ny state background check, mandatory pre-Summer training attendance, and the ability to work full-Time in-Person from late june through august.
