Youth Development Professional

The youth development professional plans, implements, facilitates, and supervises activities and events in specific program areas, championing new programs to meet member, parent, and community needs. Responsibilities also include promoting member safety, ensuring program quality, supervising members, maintaining records, and performing daily maintenance duties for the club space.

Candidates must be a minimum of 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged and at least one year of experience working directly with school-Aged youth, including knowledge of youth development. Essential abilities include effective communication, proficiency in microsoft office, the capacity to be active for at least five hours daily, and the aptitude to motivate youth and manage behavioral challenges.
